Eligible families will receive a percentage of their childcare fee paid by the government and we encourage all families to apply for the childcare subsidy to receive a discount on fees, this is know . We understand that this can be a daunting task for new families so feel free to give us a call if your are unsure about the childcare subsidy. Below are a few tips for the childcare subsidy.

• Childcare subsidy takes approximately 1 month for approval. While childcare subsidy can backpay, this has is a limit to 28 days and this will only be reimbursed on approval. We recommend applying early, 1-2months before the planned start date your CCS is pre-approved before you start.

• Childcare subsidy is dynamic and may change depending on your living and working situation. Your CCS percentage may change, if you believe this is in error you can contact CCS.
